All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice after the validity period. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time and may be revised if specifications change. The full Terms & Conditions document governs all quotation terms.

An order is only accepted upon receipt of a signed order confirmation and deposit payment. AJO Windows & Doors Ltd reserves the right to decline any order. All orders are subject to these Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the full Terms & Conditions document for complete order terms.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all measurements provided are accurate. AJO Windows & Doors Ltd will not be liable for products manufactured to incorrect dimensions supplied by the customer. We recommend professional survey prior to ordering. The full Terms & Conditions apply.

All products are manufactured to the specifications agreed at the time of order. AJO Windows & Doors Ltd reserves the right to make minor technical modifications without notice where these do not materially affect performance or appearance. Full specifications are detailed in the product documentation.

Glass units are supplied to BS EN standards. Minor imperfections within acceptable tolerances do not constitute defects. Toughened, laminated or specialist glass is non-returnable once manufactured. The full Terms & Conditions document contains complete glass specification terms.

Delivery lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. AJO Windows & Doors Ltd will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access and unloading facilities.

AJO Windows & Doors Ltd supplies products only and does not provide installation services unless separately agreed in writing. Where installation is provided, it is subject to separate terms. The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation environment is suitable and prepared.

A deposit is required upon order confirmation. The balance is due prior to or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may incur interest charges. AJO Windows & Doors Ltd reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment is received.

Title to goods remains with AJO Windows & Doors Ltd until full payment has been received. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. AJO Windows & Doors Ltd reserves the right to recover goods where payment has not been made in full.

The customer must inspect all goods upon delivery and report any visible damage or shortages within 48 hours. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. Signing a delivery note without noting damage is deemed acceptance of goods in good condition.

Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in the product documentation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance. Full warranty terms are contained in the Terms & Conditions document.

The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary planning permissions, building regulations approvals and other consents prior to installation. AJO Windows & Doors Ltd accepts no liability for non-compliance with local authority requirements.

All products require regular maintenance to preserve performance and appearance. Failure to carry out recommended maintenance may invalidate the warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided with each product. The full Terms & Conditions document contains complete maintenance obligations.

AJO Windows & Doors Ltd's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for consequential, indirect or special losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Full limitation terms apply as per the Terms & Conditions document.

AJO Windows & Doors Ltd processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Customer data is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer service. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent except where required by law.

Any complaints should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 working days. The full complaints procedure is detailed in the Terms & Conditions document.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
